> Juksang
Made of light foods, 'Juksang' is served at daybreak.
It is mainly composed of liquid foods such as porridge, mild
broth and thin gruel, and accompanied by foods that are not
pungent, like watery kimchi, salted-fish juice soup and dry
salt dishes (e.g. dried fish and beef jerky). The porridge
was normally served at the center of table and served in small
portions in a bowl placed to its right. Salty and pungent
foods do not match well with Juksang.
