'Jangguksang' is a meal of noodles and is often served
for lunch. Warm noodles, cold noodles, rice cake
soup or dumpling soup are served as main dish, while steamed
dish, vegetables with mustard sauce, Japchae (sweet potato
noodles mixed with sliced beef and various vegetables), sliced
boiled meat, pancake, cabbage kimchi, sliced radish kimchi,
raw vegetables, etc. are offered as side dishes. Sometimes
rice cakes, cookie and fresh fruit are added, followed by
one from sweet rice drink, fruit punch or honeyed fruit juice.
In case of treating guest with liquor, Juansang (liquor table)
is served first and flour food table is served after that.
