Juansang is a table prepared to serve liquor.  Side dishes arranged with the liquor differ according to type of liquor served and preference of guest.  When refined rice wine is served, the side dishes include dry foods such as beef jerky, fish jerky, dried fish and roe, one or two spicy dishes such as pancake, sliced boiled meat, steamed dish, sinseollo (Korean hot pot) and stew, as well as raw vegetables, kimchi and fruit.  Sometimes rice cakes and Korean traditional cookies are added.

For ordinary liquor table, pancake, sliced boiled meat, raw vegetables, kimchi and a few dry foods are served.  Hot soups such as spicy red pepper paste stew, spicy fish stew, and hot pots can be added depending on preference.
