| Gyojasang refers to a table prepared for holidays, feasts
or other occasions when many people get meal together.
People often think it is good to serve numerous dishes made
from high-quality ingredients; however, rather than serving
too many, it is best to concentrate on a few main dishes, then
prepare a few accompanying dishes, taking into account the color,
ingredients, cooking methods and nutrition of the main dishes.
In Joseon (Chosun) dynasty, Gyojasang was categorized into Geongyoja,
Sikgyoja and Eolgyoja.
